Dear Aspiring Multifamily Professionals,
The Deborah Imse Apartmentalize Scholarship is back! If you have a passion for the multifamily housing industry and are eager to advance your education and career, this scholarship opportunity is tailored just for you.
Presented by the Multifamily NW Foundation, the Deborah Imse Apartmentalize Scholarship is an annual scholarship program to send an Aspiring Leader to the NAA Apartmentalize Conference to foster leadership growth in the industry.
The scholarship will cover:
- Conference Attendance
- Hotel Accommodation
- Airfare
For 2025, there will be a second scholarship available for SWV-regional members thanks to an endowment from the SWV Raise A Glass & Give Fundraiser.

Criteria
- Must be a current Property Management member of Multifamily NW.
- Must have at least one year of experience in the industry.
- Must have support of Supervisor/Company to attend Apartmentalize 2025 in Las Vegas.
- Must provide Name, Contact Info, and Letter of Recommendation from direct supervisor.
- Must make a post-event report at a Multifamily NW Foundation Board Meeting.
- Will be assigned an event mentor to ensure you are getting the most out of Apartmentalize education and opportunities.
- Scholarship applicants must submit their application by February 28, 2025.
- Winners will be announced in April 2025!

- Judging Round One - Written Score
- Top scores move on to round two
- Judging Round Two - Personal Interviews
- Personal Interviews March 7th
- Zoom or In Person (preferred) available
- Winners Announced by April 1, 2025
