Keynote Speaker: Kim Milligin, Occupancy Specialist

Kim Milligin has been leasing apartments for over 26 years. She quickly gained recognition as the number one leasing consultant by winning leasing consultant of the year with a closing ratio of 95%. She worked in advertising with Rent Path for 13 years, winning Sales associate of the year 3 years in a row. Her expertise and enthusiasm took her up the ladder in the corporate world and she decided to start her own business as a professional speaker and marketing solutions expert.

Kim has shared her innovative ideas with many organizations, including Apartment Associations, and National speaking engagements for numerous Management companies sharing lease-up tools for Occupancy Success. She consistently receives the highest marks possible for her content, presentation style and audience involvement. Each year she is proud to share her depth of knowledge with industry professionals.

What sets Kim apart from other speakers is her career long path of always working on site. Her most recent Lease-up, located in California, broke ground in the first quarter of 2019 and was completely leased up in 3.5 months. Two additional apartment communities started development in the summer of 2019, and she has already started putting the marketing plan to work as well as placed top notch leasing consultants to prelease.
Kim consulted with companies across the United States to create game changing leasing and marketing programs for new construction and distressed communities. She continues to train leasing “Superstars” to provide the best team for every project.
