Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct

As a 2020 Spectrum Virtual Conference participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct. Please reference the link below to review the agreement.

Virtual Event Conduct Policy

You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.

Special Offers/Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.

Cancellation/Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable. Members are able to transfer their registration fees to an account credit only before September 1, 2020. Multifamily NW regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to info@multifamilynw.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Earn CEUs

By attending the Spectrum Virtual Conference, you’ll earn Continuing Education credits for the Oregon Real Estate Agency. Each class session may qualify for 1 CEU. Please note: Washington classes are not eligible for CEUs, however certificates of attendance may be provided if requested. CEUs take 3-4 weeks to process and send. If you have a license renewal deadline before that timeline, please contact info@multifamilynw.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. NOTE: In order to access the event platform, class sessions and be eligible for contests and giveaways, each attendee will need to have a unique email address. 

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MFNW meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by MFNW. Your virtual registration includes technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.
