Melinda Pursley

Melinda Pursley’s extensive experience in the marketing and business development profession spans over 15 years. Her diverse areas of focus, including social media management, business development, marketing initiatives, and customer relations, reflect a well-rounded skill set.

Furthermore, Melinda's commitment to enhancing her understanding of each sector is evident through her achievement of the Certified Marketing Professional (CPM) designation in June 2022.

Her role as a senior account manager at Kennedy Restoration, along with her involvement in Multifamily Northwest, particularly on the Foundation Board and as a committee member for Spectrum, showcases her active participation in industry-related initiatives. In addition, she is serving as 2024 Board President for the Western Oregon CAI Association.
