Kimberly McCafferty

With over 14 years in the Multifamily industry, Kimberly McCafferty, a Speech Communication graduate from Portland State University, commenced her career at Apartment Finder, showcasing exceptional proficiency in building relationships with Onsite teams, Portfolio Managers, Marketing Specialists, and Owners. Her journey continued seamlessly through CoStar's acquisition and merge with Apartments.com, where she achieved top market performance, securing a place in the President's Circle and earning recognition for the Top Large Market performance nationwide. Transitioning to a new role as the Director of Business Relations and subsequently rising to the position of VP of Strategic Partnerships at Lifetime Exteriors, a local Woman-Owned Construction Company, Kimberly has spent the last five years dedicated to assisting clients in protecting and increasing the value of their significant investments. Notably, she has cultivated immense partnerships and relationships with industry suppliers. Since 2010, she has been an active participant in MFNW, chairing the ACE Awards and Suppliers Council, and serving on the Board of Directors since 2020. Beyond her professional commitments, Kimberly finds joy in family time and managing her growing "farm" at home, bringing a wealth of multifaceted experience and community engagement to her role on the Board of Directors.
