Multifamily NW Welcomes;
Lara Holmes,
Business Development Director, Fikes
Lara Holmes is the Business Development Director for Fikes and has been working with multi-family leaders to enhance the image of their communities for over a decade.
After graduating from the University of Washington, she worked in hospitality at sporting and event venues throughout the Pacific Northwest where she gained her passion for customer service and providing memorable experiences for guests.
Lara met Fikes CEO Mark Sims while working as the Suite and Catering Manager at ShoWare Center for the Seattle Thunderbirds. Mark saw her passion for elevating the customer experience, and she joined Fikes as an Account Manager in 2013.
Since then, she’s been relentless in elevating her impacts. Her passion for helping people and their businesses fueled her interest to become more involved with sales, and she grew to be an Executive Account Manager and Regional Sales Coordinator before becoming the leader of our sales team as Business Development Director, the title she’s held for the last six years.
During her time with Fikes, Lara has gained extensive experience working alongside owners, regional teams, property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance professionals on enhancing their properties with the goal of making positive long-lasting impressions on the resident experience to increase occupancy and resident retention. She has successfully facilitated dozens of training sessions for the industry which have resulted in measurable increases in leasing efficiency and resident satisfaction for property management groups.
