Event Details

Every month HR Answers provides programming written specifically for Multifamily NW members. This month's webinar will focus on the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).

Do you need to enhance your understanding and skills to manage ADA? How about those situations that rise up in the course of daily interactions and need to be addressed? Let’s talk about your responsibilities as an employer and practical tools to help you manage the accommodation requirements.

This program will give you tools you need to start your interactive process or ensure you comply with the legal obligations associated with disabilities. This includes steps to implement, good questions to ask and best documentation options. We can talk about high level steps to take and provide you with tips, streamline the process, and avoid some common misconceptions.

Hope to see you there!
