CEU 1.0

Multifamily NW Welcomes

Craig Marquardo, VCS Realty

Craig has spent the last 22 years providing award-winning property management to private owners and various management companies with great success across three states (FL, WA, OR).

He has managed a 2,000-unit property, 5 mid-sized properties simultaneously, and properties in varying demographics. With several decades of experience including the old days when all forms and filing were done by hand, Craig brings strategy, innovation, and systems to his everyday operations learned from different management companies over the years. Craig has also been a long proponent that property management cannot solely be taught in the classroom setting, it requires hands-on experience.
