Multifamily NW Welcomes,
Jacob Yarborough, CAMT
Jacob Yarbrough currently works at Hillside Senior Living in McMinnville, where he has been employed for nearly three years. The large campus, which includes a nursing condominium, traditional apartments, and cottages, has provided him with diverse learning experiences.
Before joining Hillside, Jacob assisted in renovating apartments, bars, and a commercial building for a local business owner. Prior to that, he spent five years as an electrical worker in the Tennessee/Georgia area, wiring buildings, pumps, turbines, high-voltage panels, and other gear at various water treatment plants in the tri-state area. He also helped wire a nursing home, two schools, two restaurants, three churches, and two lift stations. During that time, he completed two years of the local union’s apprenticeship program.
Earlier in his career, Jacob worked various construction and day laborer jobs with Tradesmen International, a job staffing company for construction projects. He also worked as a painter with a contractor in Georgia, focusing on painting houses and apartments. Additionally, through his father's work as a concrete truck driver, Jacob learned the basics of forming and paving.
