Overcoming Overthinking: Practical Tools to Live More Mindfully

In the high-pressure world of property management, overthinking can quickly take over—whether you’re juggling tenant concerns, responding to emergencies, or navigating difficult conversations. Building on our last session, which introduced mindfulness, this 1-hour webinar dives deeper into practical strategies to give your mind a much-needed rest.

You’ll learn science-backed strategies to break free from thought spirals, reduce mental overload, and get out of your mind and back into your life. These simple, actionable techniques will help you approach your work and daily life with greater clarity and focus.

Learning Objectives: By the end of this talk, participants will be able to:

· Define and understand the concept of cognitive defusion.

· Identify factors that lead to overthinking and mental overload.

· Learn and apply evidence-based strategies to reduce the impact of overwhelming thoughts and foster mindful living.
