Property managers face unique challenges that can impact both their well-being and the well-being of their residents. With 40% of individuals in the apartment industry reporting stress due to heavy workloads and 32% indicating that mental health issues interfere with their personal lives, it is crucial to equip individuals with the tools to handle difficult situations effectively.

This webinar is designed to help property managers navigate these challenges by recognizing early signs of mental health problems and identifying when a resident may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants will learn basic mindfulness skills to enhance awareness of their own stress and burnout, as well as the current emotional state and needs of their residents. Additionally, they will gain practical de-escalation strategies to manage distress in-the-moment and learn how to utilize relevant mental health resources for resident referrals.

Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how to support their residents while maintaining their own mental health, contributing to a healthier, more balanced work environment. Join us to build a more resilient and supportive community.
