Shawntel Campbell

Shawntel Campbell, native to Oregon, is an experienced professional with over three decades of property management experience including over fifteen years of property management staffing.  She started her career in property management after college and represented several companies including third-party management, national companies, REITs, and owner-managed.  Shawntel built her property management career in many different roles throughout her fifteen years at the onsite level which were transferable to becoming a valued and trusted resource on the industry supplier side of the industry.

 

Shawntel has been an industry supplier for over fifteen years, and now has equally balanced experience working onsite and as a supplier with a total of over thirty years, which is why she is such a trusted resource in this industry and amongst her peers.   Her role as District Manager of Apartment Advantage Staffing provides a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, business specializing in Property Management.  She is an expert in management, leadership, sales, business development, recruitment, and training. Shawntel has been able to leverage her professional skills through the acquisition of Apartment Advantage which is now The Liberty Group.  As the Branch Manager for The Liberty Group in Portland, Shawntel is able to provide a needed service to valued clients, change lives through employment opportunities, and balance that with investment and participation in Multifamily NW association by involvement in the Bend Council, Salem Council, Co-Chair Service Committee, Ace Committee, and Foundation Board.
