Jennifer got started in this industry as a project based sec 8 manager in Eugene that has led to a 22+ years career in Property Management. She is proud to say all of that experience has been working with Income Property Management Co. During this tenure she has gained experience in Affordable, Conventional and Commercial Property Management. Aside from various property management certifications, she earned her Brokers license in 2019.
Jennifer is proud to be a member of the MFNW Board and hopes to be able to continue her service. She has been a two-time nominee for the ACE Awards and has also volunteered with MFNW on the Southern Willamette Valley council for 7+ years. While on the council she has been the SWV golf committee chair for each year. This is one of the reasons why being a Board member is particularly special to her, as she can help be a voice to the Southern Willamette Valley and continue to represent the community she has been fortunate to serve.
When I am not working, Jennifer enjoys time with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys golfing, going to the beach and spending time at her lake cabin.
