In this month's HR Answers webinar we will discuss how we can be more effective and less anxious when you have regular one-on-one meetings with employees. We will focus on positive and productive communication with employees on a regular basis, with specific goals in mind can be a win-win!
Provide practical coaching techniques and tools that allow you to coach to a person’s strengths while developing them too. This program will focus on:
- Setting the stage and providing some refresher information.
- The skills needed to be a good effective coach including (1-on-1 meetings)
- listening
- building rapport
- creating empathy
- building trust
- Techniques for results including insightful and specific questions to use.
- Coaching strategies for different situations (subordinates, supervisors, executives, etc.)
Come to this Multifamily NW Webinar session to gain some insights and have the opportunity to field some of your own situations for guidance from each other as well as from our HR Answers webinar facilitator. Sending your “special” situations in advance of the meeting (alee@HRAnswers.com) is encouraged to allow those elements to be included in the webinar session.
